📦 Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
🔄 Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, changes cannot be made—but you're welcome to return the item for a full refund once it arrives.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.
⏳ When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday within 1–3 business days and shipped the following business day. Please allow extra time during holidays or sales.
🚚 How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders typically arrive within 2–4 weeks.
❌ What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, you’re eligible for a full refund.
💰 Will I be charged customs or import taxes?
Our prices are displayed tax-free in AUD. Depending on your country, customs duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. These fees are not covered by ZXroma and are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving your return or processing a cancellation.
